The Role

We’re building our founding Singapore team with registered Occupational Therapists who want part-time flexibility while working with diverse client populations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct OT assessments and interventions for adults and/or children
  • Address developmental delays, mental health, workplace ergonomics, neurological conditions, chronic pain
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with psychologists, counsellors, and external providers
  • Maintain clinical documentation (Singapore standards)
  • Provide reports for insurance or legal purposes

REQUIREMENTS

Essential:

  • Registered with AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council) – Occupational Therapy
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience (Singapore or comparable)
  • Fluent English (documentation & client communication)
  • Valid Singapore work authorization

 

Highly Desirable:

  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin/Malay/Tamil)
  • Specialty certifications: Sensory Integration, Handwriting Without Tears, cognitive rehab, mental health OT, workplace ergonomics, assistive technology
  • Experience with paediatric or adult populations
  • Understanding of Singapore healthcare/education/insurance systems

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Rate: SGD $55–65/hour (based on experience & specialty)
