The Role

Location: Suntec City, Singapore (Office location to be confirmed)
Job Type: Part-Time (15-25 hours/week, with Full-Time potential)
Rate: SGD $60-70 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Benefits: Full benefits package upon Full-Time conversion

The Role

We’re seeking registered Psychologists to join our founding Singapore team on a part-time basis with a clear pathway to full-time employment. This is an opportunity to be part of our Singapore launch while growing with us as we scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to individuals and couples
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with Singapore standards
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to our culturally responsive approach

Requirements

Essential:

  • Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS)
  • Licensed under Allied Health Professions Act (AHPC)
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience in Singapore or comparable jurisdiction
  • Fluency in English (required for documentation and client communication)
  • Valid work authorization in Singapore
 

Highly Desirable:

  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, or other)
  • Experience with CBT, ACT, EMDR, or schema therapy
  • Experience with expat or multicultural client populations
  • Understanding of Singapore’s healthcare system and insurance processes

Compensation:

  • SGD $60-70 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
  • Full benefits package upon transition to Full-Time role
  • Rates reviewed annually
