GLOBAL AWARD-WINNING GROUP SUPPORTS

Best Participant Group Supports

What Makes This Different

Our group activities are not typical. They’re engineered for impact.
We don’t just create outings — we create outcomes.

  • Every experience is designed to foster independence, social growth, and real-world engagement
  • Activities are built around building community, capability, and confidence
  • We fund entry tickets and experiences from our profits — not your NDIS plan. We charge only for the support hours delivered by our team during the activity

This isn’t about spending plans — it’s about delivering results.

As a certified Social Trader and B Corp–aligned organisation, we reinvest in participant experiences because we believe in ethical, measurable impact.

Curious if our programs are right for you or a loved one?

Let’s explore it together.

Who It’s For

Our group programs are purpose-built for NDIS participants with low to medium support needs who are capable of participating in a public group environment.

To be eligible, participants must:

  • Be able to self-regulate in community settings
  • Follow staff instructions with minimal prompting
  • Engage respectfully with peers
  • Not require restrictive practices or complex behavioural support during activities

We’re not a high-intensity provider.
If higher-level support is needed, we’ll work with you to explore suitable, individualised options — because fit drives outcomes.

We place every participant where they’re most likely to grow in confidence, connection, and capacity.

Who We Support

We support:

  • NDIS participants from teenage years through to no maximum age
  • Individuals with low to medium support needs
  • Plan-managed and self-managed participants only

We do not:

  • Support high support needs
  • Work with external support workers
  • Offer centre-based or in-home services

All support is delivered in the community, by our trained professionals — the Joy Makers.
