Enhanced Primary Care Plan

Enhanced Primary Care Plans are provided by a GP with necessary allied health therapists in accordance with the Australian Governments Future focused primary health care policy.

Inclusive of the National Roadmap for Improving the Health of People with Intellectual Disability and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Plan is focused on preventative health care that is person centred, place based and culturally safe. This Medicare initiative allows anyone with chronic health needs to access allied health professionals services. Talk with your GP for links to this program and our allied health team.
