NDIS & Government-Funded Supports Delivered via Telehealth and In-Person

Hart2Hart Tweed Heads delivers structured, outcome-focused supports across the Northern Rivers and cross-border QLD/NSW region. We provide Support Coordination, Psychology via Telehealth, and Occupational Therapy via both Telehealth and Face-to-Face, funded through the NDIS, Medicare, WorkCover QLD, and Veterans Affairs.

We also support participants with Independent Living Options (ILO) under the NDIS. Our registered clinicians work with both adults and children, adapting therapy plans to individual needs and funding pathways.
