Enhanced Primary Care Plan

An Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) is a referral from your GP that can provide eligible patients with up to 10 Medicare-subsidised Allied Health appointments per calendar year.

We are not a bulk billing clinic, so there may be a small gap fee to be covered by the patient, but an EPC will greatly reduce your out-of-pocket costs per session. At the time of your appointment, we will ask you to pay the full invoiced fee, following this, with your approval, we will process your Medicare claim, and Medicare will deposit the rebate amount back into your account within 1-3 days.

Please let our reception staff know if you have an EPC when booking your initial appointment or mention it in the notes section if you are booking online.

We require a copy of your Care Plan/EPC to confirm your eligibility and add you to our booking system.

Ask your GP practice if they can send this to us via email [email protected] or bring a copy to your appointment.
